I will provide my own cleaning supplies. SF buys the supplies, brings the receipt, and I reimburse. SF will let me know when supplies are running low and buy again with receipt. Use SF Premium Cleaners' own supplies for an extra $10–15 per cleaning.

Any brand is OK if it has the same function.

Preferred products: Murphy Oil Soap, Clorox Cleaner + Bleach, microfiber cloths, Sprayway Stainless Steel Polish, Pledge, Swiffer Dusters, Dawn Platinum, Soft Scrub, Clorox Toilet Bowl Cleaner, Windex, Pine-Sol, Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, Easy-Off Oven Cleaner, paper towels.

New client — first-cleaning request

Your request goes to the owner for approval. Final price is confirmed by the owner before booking.

• 24 hours or more: no cancellation fee.
• Less than 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled cleaning price.
• Less than 6 hours, team en route, or at the door: 100% of the scheduled cleaning price.
• Property access: the team waits up to 15 minutes; after that, the appointment may be treated as a no-show and charged the full service fee.

Emergencies are reviewed fairly. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will make it right.

Accepted: cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, credit card only.

Credit card surcharge: 3%, shown as a separate line before payment, credit card only. It is never applied to cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App, and never to debit.

Payments in this demo are not charged. In production, credit card is processed through a verified payment provider; other methods are marked by the owner when received.

Buy-now-pay-later options are intentionally not offered in this app.
